Well done Rufus and Adrian

Hi all,just want to commend Adrian and Rufas from the Arbor Crossing branch on a job well done. These two guys work well together and make a good team. The five stars actually goes to these two guys and not Sparkling. Two weeks ago I booked my car inn for a scratch and dent repair. Due to the panel shop being short staffed they had a new guy work on my car which was fine but his work was utter ******* and after waiting three hours more to the promised time,the car came back with new scratches the guy insists it was there and there after touched it up with a stick. Sparkling should rather employ professional people like Adrian to work on our cars,the polish was finished so the new guy put water to make it more so that he could finish up the job which left the car patchy and left white scuffs on the paint work. However i spoke to manager Rufus and he had the car rebooked and promised me a professional finish. A guy by the name of Adrian worked on my car,the guy sprayed,cut,polished,washed and polished the car again,my oh my i tell you the car looks better now than the first day I drove it out the dealership. Moral of the story everyone makes mistakes human errors but it's how you fix the problem,I really appreciate everything Rufus and Adrian has done for me well done guys keep up the good work.
