Sparkling Suctioned up my car parts

I recently went to Sparkling car wash in Centurion ,Rooihuiskraal . The service was terrible as my car was still dirty after the wash and my mats.The manager insisted its scratches when I asked for it to be rewiped the marks came out indicating it wasn't cleaned.My mats were also not cleaned .They also lost a part in my car which apparently was suctioned up by the vacuum cleaner , it was the small mat in my holder compartment. The service was horrible.
