SMASHING SOMEONE ELSES VEHICLE WITH NO GUILT

My wife visited the Sparkling carwash at the Wonderpark Mall in Pretoria North on the 18/05/2019 for a carwash with her brand new VW POLO which did not even reach mileage for the vehicles first service. Upon collection of the vehicle my wife noticed a dent on the rear bumper and consulted the manager in charge. The manager came to have a look at the dent and he insisted that the dent happened a long time ago. The wife did contact me while she was at the carwash and told me about the incident during this time and I advised her to have a look at the cameras and also to walk around the wash area and take note of any white marks on the walls or poles etc as the vehicle is white on colour. She consulted the manager after our phone call again and insisted to have a look at the cameras. The manager was browsing through the footage in a weird way so the accident could not be picked up and kept on trying to persuade her that the incident did not occur at their premise however, there was an employee that came in and pinpointed exactly as to which part of the footage the accident happened, everyone in the room identified the accident of an employee failing to pick up the handbrake and the vehicle rolled onto the wall. The manager then only accepted responsibility and apologized and advised that the carwash also does repairs and offered to repair the vehicle which was not accepted as the vehicle is under warranty and any paintwork required has to be carried out by a VW authorized panelshop to uphold the paint warranty. I arrived in Pretoria on Monday the 20/05/2019 and the manager requested a quote, I did go to the panelshop based in Lavender Road, Pretoria(Progress Panel Beaters) and I had the quotation emailed to Sparkling Carwash. I have emailed and communicated to the branch aswell as the head office on countless occasions, they do not respond to emails and head office always says the outlet will contact me but there is no communication from the outlet nor did we receive any payment from the company for the damages, the company is choosing to ignore this incident and refusing to communicate. What a terrible first time experience at Sparkling Carwash. Absolutely terrible service!!!!! The vehicle is brand new and has no scratches and the first accident comes from a carwash who thinks it is ok at anytime to smash someones vehicle and stay quite about it!!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
