Incomplete wash

Since sparkling polokwane opened I've been taking my car there its been almost 20 times by now. The last 4 times im getting my bakkie back not 100% clean. Everytime the bakkie is still dirty. I even asked the lady checking in the cars to please make sure its cleaned properly but they dont care and even better they increased their pricing without even telling you when you get there! If the service was as when the business opened by all means but its not!! There is no quality standard
