Dirty car stayed dirty

Took my car in for a great experience but with no joy. Car was not cleaned properly inside. The rubber mats were filthy and the leather seats were not treated. Dash done half as well. When I complained the manager just shrugged their shoulders. No joy, help whatsoever. I will not be back. Much better places in Potchefstroom to go to.
