Bad Service

I went to Mall @ Reds Sparkling after a smash and grab - i explained that there is glass everywhere as well as some blood stains on my steering wheel. When i went to collect my car they didn't vacuum the passenger side door nor under the seat and to the side of the seat. There was still glass everywhere. My steering wheel was also not cleaned. When i asked the receptionist to take a look, she could also see the glass. I asked for a refund whereas she said i had to call the the Head office. The next morning i emailed the owner and to date he has not responded yet. This is really unacceptable.
