Woodlands shocking experience

Exceptionally POOR experience at Woodlands, Pretoria 3/12/2017:1. Car key misplaced by staff, only to be informed an hour later; 2. Car left with open window, key inside, in parking lot (with pre-declared valuables inside) - unforgivable; 3. two hours 10min for a straight wash, after nudging staff along. Chaotic set-up with staff running around.
