Unhappy with Sparkling Auto Nelspruit

I took my company car in for a full valet at Sparkling Nelspruit and when collecting the car, I wasn't satisfied with the job done. The car was dull and the polish wasn't properly buffed off. The car was still dirty around the door handles, mirrors etc. and the seats also still had spots. When I brought this to their attention, they started with all kind of excuses and said that it is because it is an old car and they think it's a job perfectly done! When I climbed into the car the roof lining was hanging!! There was nothing wrong with the roof lining before I took my car to them. When we asked them about it, they were arrogant and said that they will refer me to someone who can repair it! They don't take any responsibility and really have an attitude problem!!! I will tell everybody I know about my bad experience with Sparkling Auto Care Nelspruit...
