Sparkling Auto not so sparkling like their name

This Saturday morning we took in our Polo at 8am to Sparkling Auto. I showed the assistant manager everything and the scratches on the bonnet. When we arrived it did not even look as if the car is polished. They leave the car in the sun to dry, windows now full of watermarks. I took it out with windowlene when I got home. They told me the watermarks were there. When I told the assistant manager it is not clean he had an attitude. I then asked for the manager and at that time i was quite aggravated. Manager was very friendly and tried to explain to me that there is different stages of polish and etc. On the website the detail valet clearly shows that there is a 3 stage polish. Which was not done on my car. After I said that I will pay the R700 and call head office he quickly fetched the machine and polished the bonnet. I told him Centurion Auto care did a much better job for less the amount. He told me that this is Sparkling Auto and not Centurion Auto Care and Manager told him to leave us. At that time I was VERY VERY furious. I went in and pay the R700 and left. I phoned The owner and explained to him what happened. No help at all with attitude.
