Sparkling Auto Montana bad service

I am perplexed by the lack of service received by Sparkling Auto Montana Crossings. The very 1st time I went to the this branch, just after they opened (and only because other sparkling auto branches hold a high reputation) I asked for the Sparkling wash, after an hour of walking around in the centre I returned and was waiting in the coffee area for my car, I sat there watching how 8 staff stood around my car chatting and not touching my car, the minute I took my phone out to video them the cashier ran out to inform them and they all started working, I sent this video to management whom assured me they would all be taken to task. I decided about 2 weeks later to go do an exterior wash there on my way to fetch my son from school, they charged me R80 as I drive an SUV and because I stayed in my car all the time they had no choice but to do their work properly. I stopped there again on Friday, paid R70 for exterior wash on the same SUV (so staff aren't properly trained on pricing) I was waiting to enter the wash bay when the manager asked if I could wait 5 minutes as they changed the injector I responded sure no problem, then the bay supervisor instructed me to move forward then as I pull off he says no stop, so I open my window and ask what now he says no turn around, I said to him your manager told me to wait, so she appears through the window indicating that she did in fact ask me to wait, he tells me to go in at the front of the bay as they have 2 guns and can assist me, so I turn my car around drive to the front of the bay and get told by the same staff member to now stop again as there is a car in the place I was to be helped, then he shows me to go back to where I was initially waiting, so because I am being messed around I ask for my money back and left. I post my terrible experience on a review to them and I get messaged by the owner in which she praises the staff member that messed me around and makes me out to be the incorrect impatient person, only to change her tune once I indicate that my dashcam saved the entire footage, then I get a sarcastic answer to say they try... My opinion Sparkling auto had a great reputation until the Montana branch opened, now they dragging the entire name through the mud with them.

Thank goodness for a fantastic car wash just 5km from them that charged me R80 to do my entire car inside and outside, polished my interior and exterior vacuumed everything and all in an hour... That's what I call service.
