Shocking!!

I have never come across such a lack of detail, bad service, and arrogant individuals. And I will name and shame all of you as I tried being polite but you treated me like a piece of junk and I cannot believe you are still operational.

I want to speak to the franchise owner, as I have a suspicion someone contacted me and claimed he is a manager - but I have never seen a manager approach a client query like this...ever!!! I would like to speak to the franchise owner or Gerrit...nobody else. As for some reason it was stated to me by Wikus (who claims he is a manager?!!) that you are too busy to speak to clients.

Would have LOVED if I could go back in time and record the telephone conversation with Wikus - shocking!
