Do not recommend to make use of Sparkling Autocare

I took my car for a complete valley inside and mentioned to them that they need to clean the leather seats as I am to fit seat covers . Upon collection, I was only handed the keys without informing me about stains/marks they couldn't remove. The next day I return the vehicle still showing sand between the seats and inside the panel case and dirt on the seats and sides, even the polish still visible on the odo trimmings. Charl informed me that he have paid enough to recover seats and respray cars before and therefor only use water and soap - no chemicals ? I am used to previous valleys resulting in an absolute new-look appearance - this one totally disappointing with bad attitude. I could rather give this project to my gardener which would have done a better job and result in a saving of R530 . At first he suggest to refund me the full amount, then decided to refund me only a portion, change his mind and offer to vacuum the vehicle again. I have told him that the money is not the issue, but the end-result and service. I havent got time to return the vehicle and wait again - I have a busy schedule. He then turned around and walk away. Is this the way treating a customer ?
