Complimentary parking tickets are for selected few at this carwash outlet

I went to wash my car on 31st January 2019 at this outlet in Menlyn. They are situated at Retail Park with other shops, when you enter the Retail park you take a parking ticket at the boom and proceed. My car was completed washing after an hour, I paid R120 at their office and proceeded to drive home. Then I realized my parking ticket exceeded free 1hour parking time. At the time it was raining cats and dogs. I asked the manager for a complimentary parking ticket as it was raining and it would mean I have to get out of the car to get to the paying office and get wet from the rain. He asked if I had been to any shop around I told him no, but he flatly refused and said complimentary parking tickets (which is R5 by the way) are only for valets and dents/scratches customers. You could feel the rudeness and arrogance in his voice. Not only myself was surprised, his whole staff as well! I've had couple of washes at this outlet but yesterday's was the last!
