BAD BAD BAD SPARKLING AUTO SILVER LAKES

My car was booked in for minor scratches on the bumper. Waited a day longer for the repairs. No one inspected the car with collection. The bumper is skew and park assist does not work. Took the car back , got very bad attitude for Mussi who told me that it is not their problem and will not have it repaired. I demanded the car to be taken to Hyundai for repairs and that they will be held liable for all costs. Very very bad. Second time not happy - took the previous week a car for valet. On collection realized they did not wash the seats of polish the car but wanted me to pay the bill of R650. Terrible Terrible spend over R6500 in total and are very unhappy with their poor service. The car is booked in at Hyundai for Thursday.
