Bad service

I bought instant jungle oats from one of our local supermarket but I found out it has expired last month and I already ate it. Now am having stomach cramps and running stomach I went back complain to the owner unfortunately he was very rude and did not even apologize to me. I fell sick now and don't know what to do.
