Sparkles car wash in kempton park festival mall i took my car there for a full valet which cost me R550 when I got there Sunday afternoon they told me it only takes 3 hours to do the job which I found it questionable but I said it's ok I paid cash & got the receipt I left my number for them to call when they done of which they didn't bother I went there around 18H00 and found my car all the seats wet they put plastic for me I came back home,Monday morning I saw that the car wasn't clean I took it back & asked them to call me when it is dry of which they didn't I went there around 18H00 the car was still wet inside I left it there & asked them to call me when it's dry they didn't say anything I decided I'll wait for their call they didn't call or show any interest i went to fetch the car today it was not yet dry but I came home anyway when I get home there is one carpet missing I went back to them & ask them where my carpet is they told me to call their Boss who told me It's not his fault if one carpet is missing there is nothing he can do to help me,to drop off the car & take an uber home all the up & down with uber not getting the best service cost me more R200 & still not happy with the service,my car is not clean,not dry & one carpet missing while it took them 4 days to complete 1 days job so my car being in the Uber business was not working for full 4 days & I've lost around +-R2000 this is the worst service one could ever get.
