Damaging of vehicle

For the last 4 years since owning a car we have always taken our vehicle's to the car wash at Festival Mall and never had a problem before sometimes they miss a spot but that's nothing to complain about but the other day i took my car there while doing my shopping came out and there was 2 rubber "*****s" not sure what to call it missing from the rubber lining on the inside of the door as the rubber piece was hanging out i then informed the lady i did not leave my car like this i spoke to the manager he had a look and said "o but if its missing you can just buy new ones" i ignored him got in my car and left came to my house and my husband noticed a piece was missing from the dashboard by the gearlever only to find it under the seat and to top it all off there is a 10cm scratch at the front bumper (note this is a new car i only had for 4 months) this i only saw on ariving at home i wanted to go back but as my husband said they have a notice board stating they don't take responsibility for any loss or damage but i just wanted everybody else to know they should not take their cars there because from that day going forward i promised not to go back!!
