Horrible customer service

At first I had a wonderful experience with her, then I had placed an order with her for wedding gifts, thank you gifts, groomsmen boxes as well as a grooms boxes and a few goodies for my parents and in laws. I paid her in full a month and a half before the wedding, prior to her knowing about making my goods 2/3 months before the wedding. In the week of the wedding she had many excuses and only delivered 20 percent of the gifts the night before the wedding. I requested a refund on the goods if I don’t receive the goods in the day if the wedding, which she did not do. I then waited a month for a refund, she completely avoided all my calls and texts, she had only responded when I sent her a letter of demand from the small claims court and had only paid on the 14th day.

Her customer service is horrible !! Do not use this service provider
