Good day, everyone. I'm alerting this business to the public with my own ********** experience which I faced in this month of Dec 2023. I have placed an order online on their website ( sparkleandgadgetbyleem ) they based in Kuilsriver Capetown Western cape ZA, they have their own whatsapp business group and website, but they favor people to purchase from their whatsapp group but more importantly covered up exposure with website, in actual fact majority of the items they post on whatsapp group platform they do not post on their website inorder to make it for public, however I have alerted this issue to the business owner Sasha Frantz, but her response was WE TEND TO FORGET TO POST ON WEBSITE but business complely based on via website according to them. Anyway I like something which I saw from their whatsapp group and I went on the website to purchase but couldn't find the item on the website after alerting via whatsapp she has added the item (smart watches) on website but no colors to choose from,after alerting again she mentioned over whatsapp only to choose black, white and grey colours are available ) so I have placed order and paid online via website included shipping delivery fee and informing her on whatsapp two black and 1 white on the 04th Dec at 15h04, the very same following week on the Friday 08th Dec I recieved my order but was COMPLETELY incorrect colors and none of them was working condition, I have requested refund and return the products with her expense however I came with a terrible experience from her Swearing at me and ill treating customer service delivery with a terrible attitude, It was awful and ********** experience purchasing from this website and dealing with Sasha, I will not recommend anyone to purchase from her website neither directly from her. Please save yourself and inform your community, family and friends as well as nationally ,and if you are purchasing from internationally as well to stop her ridiculous business she is running and the ********** customer service delivery. I have proof of everything included voice notes, texts and order history. THANK YOU
