Feeling disappointed and sad.

This is an instagram business. I spent R2200 on products from them, I placed an order on Monday and tomorrow is going to be Friday, I still haven’t received a tracking number for my parcel, when I asked yesterday, they said I’ll have it today. Today still nothing. They also take forever to reply to dms, you have to hound them for a reply! They are also get a bit rude when you ask questions. I think I have been ****med. I don’t know what to do!
