Took deposit and failed to deliver

Received a quotation for fitting an aluminium door on 21 August 2015. Paid 50% deposit via EFT to Nuraan on 26 August 2015. Confirmed delivery and installation 7 days thereafter. Installation was to be done on Friday 04 September 2015. They did not call us and after trying on numerous attempts, they said they will give us a call later that Friday and never did. Installation never happened, we never received any calls. During the weekend 05-06 September 2015 we tried calling again and no response. Called on 07 September 2015 and said they would come out the evening to install. No call or installation took place. Cellphone just rings. Please be aware of Nuraan and Faizel as we have experienced their bad service first hand.
