Solar installation - no COC

I got my solar system installed by very competent technicians (Daniel & Selvi)on the 15 April UNFORTUNATELY, the admin department is letting your organisation down. I am STILL WAITING for my CoC - after numerious calls and follow ups from both myself and GoSolar team still no feedback.
