Poor Service and Incompetence

GoSolr employed Sparki Solar as their service provider who did an installation at my house in April 2023. It didn’t start of well, as Sparki didn’t pitch for the installation on the day as arranged.

After some calls and e- mails, they eventually came to do the installation.

I live in a security Estate which requires sign off of a Test Certificate by a ECSA Registered Engineer.

I have sent NUMEROUS mails to GoSolr and Sparki with no avail!! I received read receipts from all parties but with no response.

The only person responding now and then, with empty promises, but no effort to get the job done is David Teasdale from Sparki.

I have NEVER written a bad review on this platform, but I need to warn people against using these 2 *********** companies.

I am now paying GoSolr every month without the benefits of a reduced electricity bill and NO valid COC for my home insurance as the Test Certificate was not done and signed off to date, despite of months of me trying to finalising it.

I am also still waiting for the App to be installed and explained to me as promised on day of installation, as the person who was sent to my house was not trained to do so.
