Exceptional service!

I received such exceptional service from Sparki Solar that I had to share it. Whenever I call for assistance, the guys are there within an hour. But they went beyond the call of duty yesterday. Without any prompting from me Darryl, the owner, messaged me saying he thought it would be a good idea to put in a switch for my geysers when there is a long outage. He sent one of his teams to install it and refused to charge me, saying it is all part of the service. Tali kept me informed every step of the way. I'm not used to dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers. Truly exceptional!!
