Every bad service experience.

Good day

I am writing to complain about the service I received from Sparki Solar The team contacted me with an appointment to service my solar system at 332 Nix Road, Danville ext 5 but never showed up. Weeks later they called again, late in the afternoon the the day before, to say they would come on 4 September. I could not be home at short notice, so I asked my mother to be home to assist rhem.

Two issues concern me:

1. Your team always borrows my garden hose to clean the panels. I believe a professional service should come with its own equipment.

2. I only noticed over the weekend that they broke my fitting that connects to the tap. I have tried to contact them via WhatsApp and phone calls with no response. They then used a water can to clean my solar panels.

This is very unprofessional. I request that they replace my broken fitting and respond to this message.
