Bad customer servive from Sparki solar

We app**** for a solar system through Gosolr. Sparki solar installed the system. The man who was in charged of the installation was very unprofessional. His communication skills was terrible!!! He informed us that the system had to be installed next to the DB board, which is in our passage right next to our bedrooms. He was in a huge hurry to get to his next installation. He did not explain that it is so noisy at all. It was impossible to understand him, because he could not speak proper English. We are very unhappy with this noise in our house. We asked them to move it to the garage and Sparki quoted us R12 000 to move it to the garage which is a few metres away from our passage. This is unprofessional and unacceptable service! We took this up with GosolR. It is taking very long to get sorted out. We were desperate to get electricity in our home because we run our business from home and could not put up with loadshedding. Now we are stuck with this constant noise! We expected so much more from GosolR because they came highly recommended. The service we recieved from GosolR is good but this Sparki Solar they use for their installations is terrible!!
