*******!!!

I dropped off my clothes for dry cleaning, I paid in cash, received my pick up slip. When I went to pickup the dry cleaning I was told that I hadn't paid. I told them that I had. They IMMEDIATELY got very aggressive and started shouting saying I had not paid as it was not written down in the book. I tried calmly explaining that I had 100% paid and that possibly whoever wrote it in forgot to write paid. They just kept yelling and swearing at me, I explained that making me pay twice is *******, but I paid again at the end as I needed my clothes back. I said this was unacceptable and they called me a b**ch and told me to F off.
