I am seriously considering instructing my lawyer to have relevant directors at Spark declared delinquent. Over the last 4 years I receive summons from their rabid and ******** lawyer to defend some spurios claim. The last being that I instructed the company to remove their atm from my pub and they now want to sue R40K for lost income. When we send them a note from Spark themselves giving me option to either pay R5k/month or terminate the contract of which i indicate the later, they withdraw their case, only to reinstate summons 2 years later. This obviously costs me to keep on consulting my lawyer and someone senior at Spark had to give these non sensical instructions based on false information to their lawyer. It is this person that i am going to report as im now gatvol with this company.
