Spark ATM Capitec (inci: ***3)

It was my payday last week on the 26 i wanted to withdraw money to pay for my bro at the clinic and pay rent and I went to withdraw R2200 at Capitec Spark ATM in cambridge kempton park, My money did not dispense i went to capitec to report the matter they say it will take 7 days for it to be reversed by a spark ATM. I always understand but now you are playing with our lives, i had to sell my phone to pay for my bros bill only. Its never my fault for you not hiring people to service your machine and i dont know were do i enter because am just trying life like other people but all you do is take my money. You dont even ask for it you just do as you please especially during these times of covid. If my bro passed away were you going to help me bury him? What must i say to my landlord?
