Poor Service

Good Day I had a very bad experience at Capitec ATM Makhetha CWJ, what happened was I sent my liltle brother to withdraw cash and their Spark ATM System tripped, however they told my brother to wait it will reflect back on acc or at the ATM,my brother stood for more than an hour, I then went to check and they gave me THAPELO MANGOPE number whom they said he is responsible for the ATM, he told me he was not his responsibility and wanted to give me numbers from Capetown to reverse my cash. Told him as a customer their electric tripped so I need my cash now and he hang up. This Is a disgrace Soweto will never grow into great business because of such poor customer service
