Unprofessional, Poor Quality Work – Avoid This Company

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Spark and Sparks (Chantal and Phillip). The workmanship on our roof was substandard and not in line with what was agreed. An independent snag report confirmed that the work needed to be redone, yet despite us giving the company more than enough time, patience, and opportunities to correct their mistakes, they have failed to deliver. Communication has been terrible – no proper written responses, only vague phone calls, and no commitment to fix the roof or refund the money we paid. We even provided them with possible dates to redo the work, which they ignored. Because of their reluctance to take responsibility and make things right, we have now had to start a legal litigation process to recover damages. Customers should think twice before using this company, as their poor quality of work and lack of accountability have cost us time, stress, and money
