Treating *****edidents like Dogs - Selling expired food

Selling expired Cake, the cakes that have a sticker for 3rd July were being sold today on the 4th. The lady was placing stickers. Are they trying to **** people and why were these stickers not placed yesterday. I have a proof of pictures for these.
