Spargs fuel 26 sutherland mthatha. Dear Station Manager

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your station in the early hours of Friday, 02 April 2026.

I purchased diesel fuel to the value of R1520; however, to my shock and disappointment, it appears that water was dispensed instead of diesel. This has not only placed my safety at serious risk but has also potentially caused significant damage to my vehicle.

The possible damages include, but may not be limited to:

* Fuel injectors * Turbo system * Diesel filter

This incident is extremely concerning, as it reflects a serious lapse in quality control and poses a danger to customers.
