Rude Manager, poor service

I would like to explain the terrible service not only me but my fiance and her family recieved on the 3rd of March 2020 at Spargo's Greenacres , Port elizabeth.

As it was my fiance's birthday, we went out as a family and was hoping to have a enjoyable evening. Firstly, we waited extremely long for our order. When the order eventually arrived, it was not up to standard at all. The manager was extremely rude and we felt extremely uncomfortable being there. I will not recommend this restaurant ever. Worst service and rude manager.
