Horrible customer service

I ordered brake discs online for my wife's 2005 Hyundai Getz. When I took it to be fitted I was told it was the wrong part (bigger than what was fitted in the car). I requested a return on the spare center website and received acknowledgment of the return. It's been more than a week now and I have sent numerous emails with NO response. There are NO contact numbers on the website. Very disappointing service.
