I have waited long enough

Used parts department for Renault (Moses) I have now exhausted all methods to obtain an invoice from Moses, so I can do and eft and forward the pop. My courier is enroute, to collect the part today or early tomorrow morning. and head down to make a another collection in Umgeni. But I have no invoice to pay the part, I am not getting any help whatsoever. I asked for a photo of both top and bottom of the used part, so I can make sure the bearing faces are not excessively worn...only got to top side pic. Part in question Modus 1.4 K4J Motor Aluminium rocker cover used.
