Empty Promises
Very poor service from this Company. I returned a part(incorrect) on 12 September 2023 for R6000. To date...almost 1 month later I have not been refunded. They swiped my Dr card and advised that the transaction has been reversed. No refund has taken place. Cannot get hold of Admin. I go there and promised it will be done. Any advice on the way forward. Ron.
