Faulty car parts

I bought parts for my car at spares4africa in pta west. I bought gasket set,starter and valves[16 of them]. Starter isnt working and both valves and gasket set are fine. I called their office and i told them about it,I couldnt just go there[pta west] as am staying in Randburg. I told them the starter is causing fire to my car but they do not care nor have symphathy to me. They dont want to Refund nor exchange the part for me. They advise me to sell the starter to somebody.how will i sell i faulty starter? They dont care of thier customers and they are so unprofessional. Please think twice before you do business with them as they are very arrogant.
