Damaged parts sold

I bought a ford focus side mirror worth R2070.00 which I was told is in good condition, paid for the part ,paid for courier on receipt of the part the part has a damaged indicator lamp which I took a video and told the sales person and he told me that parts sold at that s**** yard are always broken/damaged been sending him and *** hoping to find someone superior to get a refund or part replacement but till today no luck in getting a response from the shop.
