Bought an engine for R35k two months ago but still no delivery
********** service!!! I paid R35000 for a second hand engine in November and was told that it would be sent to Durban in 2-3days. I still don't have it. After a week of no delivery and unanswered messages, my husband and I drove to Pretoria where we were assured that the engine was being brought from Cape Town.(sold a story) They never answer calls and on the rare occasion that they do, you will be placed on hold for over half an hour at a time. Its now two months later and I still do not have what I paid for. I now have to drive back to Pretoria to get my money back.
What a massive disappointment!!!!

Two days ago my husband and I returned to your shop again, even in my weak state from a respitory infection we had to endure more lies and false promises and your refusal to refund our money.
In my view, what you have done is false advertising, theft by false advertising. This is not how business should be conducted.
Do the right thing and return my money asap. I paid for an engine which you do not have. Period. So give me my money back!!

As previously discussed and once again explained upon your visit on Monday 3 Jan 2022.
The engine that you paid for did not pass the pre-inspection therefore we cannot supply you an faulty engine that does not meet our standards, thus the arrangement is to re-supply you with another engine of which you declined.
We are more than willing to supply you with an engine as discussed on Monday 3 Jan 2022.
