Bad customer service on warranty battery

Very bad service when I went to complain about the battery for a bakkie that I bought and couldn't take me past their warranty, it's a 650 Willard's battery I bought on 05/09/23 and took it to them to check why it's no longer holding power and they tested it then started jumping on to some silly excuses about the makes where the cables were holding on the terminals and where the battery clamp was holding the battery down on the vehicle, I got so ****ed off
