False advertising on online platform, after payment is complete you receive communication stating they are trying to source your item, after requesting a refund, 30 days later you receive a delivery of an item nothing close to the advertised item so that the sales order can be closed. When disputed they keep you going back and forth, some days they agree it is incorrect and will make the changes and on other days they state it is the correct item. They are rude and refuse to admit the wrongful sale. They are truly con-artists tricking you into accepting any item delivered.

08 Dec 2023, 17:32I have received a call from the store manager after the post, he promptly investigated and passed my refund. I appreciate the outcome and his assistance to arranging the collection of the incorrect item delivered.
The entire situation was extremely frustrating but thankfully for his assistance in resolving the matter before I took this any further. Thank you Nazheer.
