Spares centre bad service and businessmanship

Spares centre there service is bad and dont reply to your email messages firstly i bought car parts at them and the items was wrong dont know how that happened secondly i then opted for a refund on the parts that was wrong it took them ages to send courier i had to struggle to get hold of them eventually the couriers came after how long till this day im still waiting for my money the refund of the parts they dont reply on my mails i mailed them like more then 50 times till this day theres no reply and no money they owe me i wont be doing business with them again or refer friends or people to there business this is poor for a company as big as them
