Bad online shop

In April 2024, contacted the Spares 4 you to confirm availability of a boot spoiler for my E30. They were quick to confirm availability and requested me order online which I did on 25 April 2025. To date, no delivery. I sent follow up messages and was promised that they will update me but nothing happened. I called and no response. It looks like they sell parts that they do not have. The website looked OK and I did not suspect anything may be wrong with the purchase, customer care and most importantly quality of the product. I should have checked Hellopeter reviews before paying.

Stay away from this seller if you expect quality service. Also check similar reviews from other dissatisfied customers.
