This company does not refund deposit.

I cancelled my storage unit in November and vacates on 5th December. End of December they debited my account. End of January they tried to debit my account again. They don't answer calls and have not refunded my deposit as promised. When I tried to move into my unit there was a bed in the unit which was moved after I complained.
