Complete disregard for customer care

I contacted this company mid November 2021. On Thursday 25 November 2021 we agreed to meet at my apartment for a quote on re-doing some cupboards. I followed up twice and today is Wednesday 1 December 2021 and still no pricing provided. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.
