Disappointed with SPUR2U HEIDELBERG, GP

I'm so disappointed with spar. They can't even call you to notify you when certain things are out of stock.. For example, I needed sanitary pads asap and they were not there. 2ndly I ordered chicken feet (X3) and I only got 1, what am I supposed to do with one. I feel like you lack professionalism. On top of that, the delivery guy calls but doesn't even bother to introduce himself, he just says he is at the gate. And remember, when your refund will not be refunded same time therefore I can't even re-order sanitary pads that I urgently need.
