Spar have adopted a no return policy. I bought the incorrect sachet sugar sweetener and asked with my till slip could I return and swap out for the pill sweetener. I was looked at as if I was mad, this was indicated with rolling eyes and asked have I opened it? I said no to this aggressive attitude and pointed out the intact opening which has a very delicate seal that would break if you did open it. This was not checked by this person so was it ignorance or arrogance. Then do I want to buy the other sweetener to which I repeated yes. This was then in sign language by this most helpful person pointed behind my back "we do not take returns bla bla bla" can't you read the notice behind you? ... but I can call the store manager ! I mean was this ***** ? do they have a high rate of swindling in sugar products? do you not train your staff Spar? do yo not explain customer care ? or are we just another dumb customer?So Spar ... good bye .. hello P&P
