Wrongfully arrested

I hope this email finds you well, I am not happy with treatment i got today from Spar Diepkloof Square. They made a mockery of me in-front of everyone. I went there to purchase burger items ,which included patties,rolls,lettuce ,other items and R15 naartjies on sale and R30 Steers sauce. So i told the cashier upon arrival that I do not have the rewards card ,normally they use their cards to get us discounts. So today none of that happened, I was told to borrow. I borrowed the card, no one had it. I asked the cashier to make a rewards card, she said she does not have airtime so she can’t help me. My stuff was already packed in the plastic ,because it was full the sauce and naartjies i put them in the shopper bag. I was attempting to put the airtime but there was no network instore, so i stepped outside to recharge forgetting that the two items are in the bag. The security asked for the bag i gave her,she inquired about the items, because i was frustrated already i forgot to take them out. I did explain my reason for stepping was to recharge so that o can get the card and pay.The security lady then caused a scene, i was handcuffed then taken to the receiving room. They threatened me, told me that if i they did not have their uniform on they would beat me up coz i am speaking english i think i am better than them. They then demanded R200 to release me, i told them i don’t have it. They said ohh that means you were here to *****, I told them i am not stupid. I need the card and pay for my things, I will also pay for the stuff that was mistakenly in my bag. They said NO,everyone was laughing at me, we went to the till point to pay they overcharged me and gave 1 bottle of sauce and 1 naartjie. I then realised that they were attempting to share the remaining items amongst themselves, i then started taking a video thats when they handed over the items. I asked why now? They threatened to refund me and call the cops . They said the manager is not at work, i felt so helpless. I need the groceries but i was not allowed to buy since I was considered a ********, imagine.
