Wrong shelf price

I have been a customer of yours for the past 15years. I visit your store 3times a week, for my fresh meat and veg. My average basket spend is between 400-450per visit. That equates to R4800 pm and app R60 000 per annum. Today, 17 Dec, I visited your store for my bi-daily shop, I took a butterfly mop off your shelf, marked at R107. Every peg on the shelf was marked at R107, when I got to the tills, the product scanned at R267. When I disputed this, the merchandiser, Simba, begged me to not call the manager, as the person responsible for this was new and packed the product without changing any labels. The manager, who could barely get off his chair, said to me that there was no way he would override this price, I then left all my goods. After all these years, today I will change my super market, as I refuse to support you any longer. The family pick n pay across the road has exactly the same products as you and they seem a bit more eager for my business. Just by the way, the toy and stationary section looked like a tornado had hit it, there were barely labels on the products, no shelf strips on half of the shelves and pegs. Gift bags and toys were lying on the floor.

In the current business market, I wouldn't **** off customers the way you did today, as there is a super market on just about every corner, begging for business.
